1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any vehicle, tour package or service with Shree Ayyappa Travel and Logistics ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming a booking.

2. Bookings & Confirmations

  • Bookings are confirmed after the customer provides trip details and, where required, an advance payment.
  • Confirmation is sent via WhatsApp or phone call with vehicle and driver details.
  • Rates quoted are subject to availability and may change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Local packages include the stated hours and kilometres. Additional hours and kilometres are charged at the published rates.
  • Outstation trips are billed per kilometre; minimum daily kilometre and driver allowance apply.
  • Toll charges, parking charges, state entry permits and inter-state taxes are not included unless stated.
  • GST and applicable taxes are extra.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, or as agreed with our team. Booking confirmation after payment is subject to receipt of payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies may vary by vehicle type, tour package and season. Please confirm the cancellation terms with our team at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.
  • No-shows or cancellation after the vehicle has been dispatched may incur charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup times, locations and contact details.
  • For outstation trips, the customer is responsible for the driver's food and accommodation where applicable.
  • Damages to the vehicle caused by the customer or their guests during the trip are chargeable.
  • Alcohol, smoking and illegal activity inside vehicles are strictly prohibited.

6. Vehicle & Driver

  • Vehicles are provided with a professional driver. Customers should not operate rental vehicles themselves.
  • We may substitute a similar vehicle if the booked vehicle is unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Drivers' decisions regarding safe driving, route and timing on the road are final.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or traffic congestion.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking amount paid. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles, or for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Tour Packages

  • Tour package prices are per person and vary by vehicle, group size and season.
  • Included and excluded items are listed on each package page. Food, accommodation, entry tickets and temple donations are not included unless stated.
  • Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions or temple schedules.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
